Helix Investments has partially exited India-based edtech LearningMate via a sale to SPi Global, a Philippines-based enterprise technology provider backed by Partners Group. Helix acquired a majority stake in the company in 2009 and, after the exit, will retain a minority stake in the company. SPi Global is now the majority shareholder. Read more
