Horizon Capital, a private equity fund manager that focuses on investments in mid-cap companies in the CEE and CIS region, and Belarus-focused private equity fund manager Zubr Capital, have exited Belarus-based lender MTBank. The two private equity firms exited their stakes to Belarusian businessman Alyaksey Aleksin and his wife Iryna Aleksin, who now hold a 99 percent stake in the company. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
