India-focused private equity fund manager ICICI Venture has reached a first close for its India Advantage Fund Series 4 with US$190 million in capital commitments. Investors in the fund included an Asian sovereign wealth fund and ICICI’s existing investors. The fund will be sector agnostic and will invest US$25 million to US$50 million per deal.
