India-focused private equity fund manager IL&FS Investment Managers, Franklin Templeton Investments’ private equity arm Darby Private Equity and direct investment fund manager Asia Mezzanine Capital Group have exited their stakes in SFO Technologies, an India-based electronic manufacturing services company, to the company’s management. The three private equity firms previously invested in the company together in 2011. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
