INCE Capital Reaches USD351.9 Million Final Close for Debut Fund

China-focused venture capital fund manager INCE Capital has reached a final close for its first fund with USD351.9 million in capital commitments. Investors in the fund include endowments affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh, Duke University, and Carnegie Mellon University; insurance company C.V. Starr; non-profit organizations Dietrich Foundation and Mayo Clinic; and fund of funds managers Commonfund, Unicorn Capital, Siguler Guff & Company, and Axiom Asia Private Capital. The fund will invest in early-through-expansion-stage technology companies. INCE Capital was established by JP Gan and Steven Hu, former partners at Qiming Venture Partners.
