India Value Fund Advisors (IVFA), a firm focused on investing in mid-sized businesses, has reached a final close for its Indium V fund with US$700 million in capital commitments. The fund—which reached its hard cap—attracted about 25 investors, including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Australian sovereign wealth fund Future Fund. The fund is sector-agnostic and will primarily seek control transactions in India.
