MENA-focused alternative investment manager Investcorp has acquired a stake in Saudi Arabia-based Al Borg Medical Laboratories, a private medical laboratory chain operating across eight countries in the Persian Gulf region and Africa. With Investcorp’s support, Al Borg Medical Laboratories will further expand in Saudi Arabia and across the region. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
