Keppel announced a 100% acquisition of South Korea-based waste management services provider Eco Management Korea for KRW626.1b (~USD480m). The investment will occur through a special purpose vehicle that includes Keppel Infrastructure Trust, Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund and Keppel Infrastructure Holdings, providing an exit for IMM Investment and Korea Development Bank.
