Private equity firms KKR, Warburg Pincus, Farallon Capital Management and Capital Group Private Markets have agreed to invest US$550 million in Go-Jek, an Indonesia-based on-demand motorcycle ride-hailing, food delivery, courier and lifestyle services platform. An unspecified number of previous investors also participated in the round. KKR invested through its Asian Fund II and Warburg Pincus invested through Warburg Pincus Private Equity XII. The transaction is subject to customary approvals.
