Global consumer-focused private equity fund manager L Catterton has reached a final close for its third Asia-focused fund with USD1.45 billion in commitments. The fund will invest in retail and health care opportunities across first-tier cities in China, Japan, India, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Investors in the fund, which reportedly had an initial target of USD1.25 billion, were not disclosed.
