Legend Capital Management, an independent venture capital arm of China-based conglomerate Legend Holdings, has led a CNY580 million (approximately US$88 million) Series B Round for China-based online fashion distribution platform Aikucun. Other participants in the funding round include state-owned real estate and logistics group C&D Corporation and growth capital fund manager Eastern Bell Venture Capital, which also led Aikucun’s CNY100 million (approximately US$15 million) Series A round in January 2018. The company, which connects apparel brands with professional buyers, intends to use the funding for team expansion, research and development and service improvement.
