Lenskart, an India-based eyewear retailer, has raised USD275 million in funding from the Softbank Vision Fund. The transaction comprised both a capital increase and the acquisition of existing shares from early investors in the company. Lenskart intends to use the investment to further improve its technology and strengthen its supply-chain infrastructure.
