Motilal Oswal Alternatives reached a INR45b (~USD551m) final close for its fourth private equity fund. India Business Excellence Fund IV will focus on consumer, financial services, life sciences and niche manufacturing sectors and will aim to deploy 10-15% of its capital in tech-enabled businesses.
