Asia-focused private equity firm Navis Capital Partners has invested in Malaysian information technology services company Strateq. Navis, alongside the Strateq management team, purchased a 54.8 percent stake from Malaysian investment firm Kencana Capital Assets and also invested new growth capital into the company. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
