Asia-focused private equity firm Navis Capital Partners has invested in Singapore-based electronic waste processor TES-Envirocorp for a majority stake. The investment is intended to aid TES-Envirocorp’s expansion regionally as well as to the United States and Europe, while expanding the company’s capabilities in remarketing and other electronic waste services. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
