Global private equity fund manager Northgate Capital has invested MXN200 million (approximately US$11 million) in Mexico-based leasing solutions provider ABC Leasing. Northgate also has the option to inject an additional MXN100 million (approximately US$5.5 million) in the company over the next 18 months. With Northgate’s support, ABC Leasing will open regional offices, develop its network and implement other initiatives to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
