Ontario Municipal Employees’ Retirement System (OMERS) has acquired an additional 7% stake in ESR Cayman, a Hong Kong-based logistics real estate platform backed by Warburg Pincus, from WP OCIM One, an associated entity of Warburg Pincus, at a reported HKD3.8b (approximately USD490m).
