Healthcare-focused private equity fund manager Quadria Capital has agreed to invest in Indonesia-based SOHO Global Health, a developer and manufacturer of natural medicine and over-the-counter products. Financial details of the transaction, which was structured through Quadria Capital Fund and is subject to corporate approvals and other customary closing conditions, were not disclosed.
