Impact investment fund manager responsAbility Investments has acquired a majority stake in Bank Lviv, a provider of financial services to private individuals and small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, following approval by the Ukrainian National Bank. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Separately, responsAbility has reportedly invested INR320 million (approximately US$4.7 million) in India-based non-banking financial company Kinara Capital via non-convertible debentures. Kinara provides collateral-free loans to small and medium-sized enterprises in India.
