Private equity firm Sarona Asset Management has held a final close for Sarona Frontier Markets Fund 2 with US$150 million in capital commitments. Investors included institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Sarona Frontier Markets Fund 2 targets locally-based private equity funds across Africa, Asia and Latin America and has already completed seven primary fund investments and two fund investments purchased on the secondary market.
