China health care-focused private equity fund manager Shiyu Capital has reached a final close for Danqing Fund II with CNY3.2 billion (approximately USD474 million) in capital commitments. Investors in the fund include government-guidance funds, insurance companies, domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, asset managers, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The fund will target opportunities in the health care sector in China.
