Global SME-focused investment firm Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF) has invested in Vietnam-based health care provider Phuong Chau (PCJSC) through the SEAF Women’s Opportunity Fund. PCJSC, which operates the Phuong Chau Hospital and provides obstetrics and gynecology services to women in the greater Can Tho region of Vietnam, plans to use the funds to expand its presence to the city of Sa Dec. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
