Templeton Asset Management, a financial services subsidiary of Franklin Templeton Investments, has invested US$15.8 million in Indo Trans Logistics Corporation (ITL), a Vietnam-based third-party logistics and warehousing company. The transaction was structured through Templeton Strategic Emerging Markets Fund IV, which is managed by the Templeton Emerging Markets Group of Templeton Asset Management. ITL will use the new funds to support its organic growth and provide more working capital as it builds out its logistics services in Vietnam.
