Singapore-based online property company PropertyGuru Group has announced a SGD175 million (approximately US$129 million) investment from a consortium of three investors: global private investment firm TPG, venture capital firm Square Peg Capital and Indonesia-based media company Emtek Group. The investment will support PropertyGuru’s innovation, marketing and further expansion in Southeast Asia. The transaction is expected to close by mid-June.
