Global private equity fund manager Warburg Pincus and India-focused venture capital firm SAIF Partners have led a USD65 million Series E investment round for Rivigo, an India-based logistics technology company. The round is reportedly ongoing and includes USD36 million committed by the two lead investors in February 2019. Separately, Warburg Pincus has participated in a Series C1 funding round for China-based artificial intelligence-enabled robotics developer Geek+. The investment was led by China- and US-focused venture capital firm GGV Capital and hedge fund manager D1 Capital. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
