Global private equity fund manager Warburg Pincus and CNCB, a unit of China CITIC Bank, have reportedly led an investment in China-based assisted reproductive technology company Jinxin Fertility. Global venture investor Sequoia Capital and China-based biotechnology company WuXi AppTec also participated in the financing round. Jinxin Fertility provides various fertility and reproductive services to customers in China and the United States. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
