Global private equity fund manager Warburg Pincus and Vietnam-based real estate and infrastructure developer Becamex IDC have committed more than US$200 million to a newly formed joint venture, BW Industrial Development (BWID), to develop institutional-grade industrial and logistics properties across Vietnam. The joint venture plans to invest in logistics warehouses, build-to-suit and ready-built factories and other industrial facilities with a focus on key economic and industrial zones.
