Huai Fong heads up the private equity funds team and is in charge of the funds’ allocation program in East Asia & the Pacific. Prior to the IFC, she spent 5 years in DEG, the German development bank, where she led fund investments and co-investments in Southeast Asia. Before that, Huai Fong was with UOB Venture Management where she executed direct investments into growth stage companies in East Asia.
