Jennifer Buckley is the founder of Sweef Capital, an independent investment firm established in 2021 to capitalize on the transformative potential of women driving economic progress. With over two decades of private equity leadership experience spanning Europe and Asia—including roles at GE Capital, Private Advisors, and Goldman Sachs—Jennifer has consistently focused on fostering growth in mid-sized businesses.

Before launching Sweef Capital, she served as Senior Managing Director at the Small Enterprise Assistance Fund (SEAF), where she led the Women’s Opportunity Fund and pioneered diversity benchmarks that gained recognition in the 2020 Private Equity International Awards. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Canterbury and a Master’s in International Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
