Vy is the Co-founder and General Partner of Do Ventures, an early-stage VC firm focused on tech investments in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. She invested in 40 companies across sectors such as EdTech, FinTech, AI, and cross-border commerce. Previously, she served as General Partner at ESP Capital, where she led numerous successful investments in consumer tech startups. As Chair of the Vietnam Private Capital Agency (VPCA), Vy spearheads efforts to strengthen Vietnam’s private capital ecosystem. Vy graduated as Valedictorian from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s in Finance.
